This website was made by a group of students to bring awareness to the rising problems not just in America but specifically on how guns threaten students in many various ways.

Gun violence poses a daily threat to our most fundamental right: the right to life. Over 600 individuals lose their lives each day due to firearm-related incidents, a stark reminder of the grave consequences of easy access to firearms, whether legally obtained or not.
While gun violence impacts people across all demographics, it disproportionately affects communities of color, deprived areas, and marginalized groups, including men and boys. Women facing domestic violence involving firearms are particularly vulnerable to fatal outcomes or life-altering injuries.
The mere presence of firearms can instill fear and jeopardize safety, deterring individuals from attending educational institutions or seeking healthcare services.
Moreover, widespread gun violence disrupts community services, hindering access to vital resources such as education and healthcare.
It's essential to note that the majority of gun violence occurs outside of conflict zones, with a significant portion, in some regions exceeding half, attributed to suicides and accidents.
Failure to address and eradicate this epidemic of gun violence undermines the protection of our human rights by our leaders.

Alarmingly, the threat to women entangled in domestic violence with firearms looms large, posing risks of deadly or irreversible harm. Firearm presence alone breeds fear, deterring people from pursuing education or essential medical care. Moreover, rampant gun violence erodes community services, obstructing access to crucial amenities like schools and hospitals. It's pivotal to recognize that a majority of gun violence unfolds beyond war zones; suicides and accidents comprise a substantial share, sometimes surging over fifty percent in certain areas.
